🚨January 2022 Challenge🚨


The Challenge

10,000 Doubler-Unders

January 3rd, 2022 - February 5th, 2022


We will take the last 4 minutes of class to complete as many reps as possible of double-unders. If you’re wondering what the breakdown is….it’s 333.33 reps each day. We’re only counting days the gym is open (Monday-Saturday).


Scaled Options

If you don’t have double-unders don’t worry! You can still participate! You can scaled to single-unders and/or a combination of both.

Goal

• For athletes who have double-unders: Improve efficiency, stamina, and endurance.

• For athletes who have a combination of single & doubles: Increase the amount of double-unders you can string together.

• For athletes who have only single-unders: This is your chance to hone in on your double-unders skills! I bet we’ll see some first time double-unders happen in these next 30 day!


Prize

Every athlete who completes 10,000 double-unders in the 30 days will be enterd in a drawing for a RPM Session4 jump rope! 🤩
